A special vineyard for chardonnay - cool climate coastal decomposed granite.  A tension between richness and minerality. This is simply made, complex chardonnay- native fermented in tank and aged for 20 months in old burgundy barrels! Full natural Malolactic fermentation in barrel, no filtering. This wine has a richness to offset its mineral tension that almost 2 years on the lees gives you!
