designed reflect the diverse and awesome farming that’s going on in the Central Valley of California combines an inspirational old vine, own rooted sandy palomino with some structured red dirt Lodi Albarino. You get its phenolic burst that’s hovering between orange and white. A salty low abv that is like the best Mediterranean anchovy situation! Fleshy texture from the Palomino is lifted by the high toned citrus and saltiness of the albarino. Very proud of this one!!
